This is a Delia recipe, I really liked the look of these and the grated cocnut topping was lush but the cake underneath was disappointing - it was basically angel cake so looked very pretty and white but tasted a bit blah - they would be much better with a normal sponge cupcake underneath, which is what i'll do next time.
